How to create an account?
- Click on "Register" at the top right of obatta.com.
- Enter your details and click the "Register" button. You will receive a verification email.
- Go to your email inbox and verify your email address by clicking on the link.
- Return to obatta and log in using your credentials.
How to change your email address?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Click on "Settings" in your account, then click "Email".
- Enter your new email address and click "Send", you will receive a verification link.
- Go to your email inbox and click on the link to verify your new email address.
- Refresh and log in to your account using the new email address.
How to change your password?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Click on "Settings" in your account, then click "Password".
- Enter your email address and click "Send", you will receive a link.
- Go to your email inbox and click on the link.
- Enter a new password.
How to reset your password?
- Click "Login" at the top right of obatta.com.
- Click "Forgot Password".
- Enter your email address and click "Send", you will receive a link.
- Go to your email inbox and click on the link to reset your password.
- Enter a new password.

How to create a Baby Shower website?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Click on “Get Started” at the top right of obatta.com.
- Select event type by clicking on the “Baby Shower”.
- Enter Event Information like event name, URL, event date, start & end time and address etc.
- Upload banner and profile photos (The minimum size for the banner photo is 1200x300 pixels and the aspect ratio is 4:1).
- Write your event description (You can add styles to the description).
- Add registries by selecting a company logo from the “Select a company” dropdown on the right side of the page.
- Upload event pictures by clicking on the “Upload image” button on the right side of the page (You can upload up to 12 pictures ).
- Add videos from YouTube and Vimeo by clicking on the “Add video” button. You have to enter the video URL such as https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1U9KL1SR4QS, https://vimeo.com/9935429.
- Add wishlist products by clicking on the “Add product” button. You will have to upload the product image, enter the product title and specify the quantity.
- Preview the site and click “Publish”.
- Subscribe to the obatta monthly plan.

- Go to “My events” in your account and click on the eye icon to view your event.
- Go to “Comments” and click on the three dots at the right side of the comment you want to delete.
- Click “delete”.
How to cancel your subscription?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Click on "Settings" in your account, then click "Subscriptions".
- Find the event subscription you want to cancel.
- Click "Cancel subscription" for the selected event.
How to delete your event website?

How to edit your existing event?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Go to “My events” in your account and click on the pencil icon to edit your event.
How to add photos to your event?

- Go to “My events” in your account and click on the pencil icon to edit your event.
- Navigate to the photos page using the back and next buttons.

How to add wishlist items to your event?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Go to “My events” in your account and click on the pencil icon to edit your event.
- Navigate to the wishlist page using the back and next buttons.
- Add wishlist products by clicking on the “Add product” button. You will have to upload the product image, enter the product title and specify the quantity.
- Click “Next” button to save the changes.
How to make your event private?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Go to “My events” in your account and click on the gear icon to manage your event.
- Go to the “Settings” section and toggle the switch in front of “Private Event”.
- Enter a password and confirm the password.
- Click “Save” to save the changes.
How to check your messages?
- Log in to your obatta.com account.
- Go to “Messages” in your account to check your messages.
